Meditation with real people. Meaningful conversations. True community.
Our mission is to turn meditation from a solitary practice into a shared experience
The Idea
The benefits of meditation are well known —it reduces stress, improves focus, and brings a sense of peace. Yet, many of us struggle to find the time or simply don’t know where to start.
At the same time, we are living in an increasingly digitalized world that often leaves us feeling more isolated than ever. We deal with burnout, information overload, and the constant noise of social media. Meditation has often been treated as a solitary escape from this chaos, but I believe silence is more powerful when it’s shared.
I created KINSPACE to make meditation accessible for everyone while bringing together like-minded people to engage in conversations that actually matter.
Our Circles
Meditation
We begin with 20 minutes of collective silence. While we provide gentle guidance for those new to the practice, you are invited to meditate in whichever style you prefer. Whether you follow a specific tradition or are sitting for the first time, we sit together.
Conversation
Next, we move into smaller breakout circles to explore a new topic each time—examining how mindfulness relates to different areas of our modern lives, from career and creativity to relationships. It’s a space for vulnerability and deep sharing with others. Afterwards, everyone is welcome to share their reflections and insights with the bigger group.
Connection
We close the circle with time to mingle and let the conversation flow. Meet new friends, exchange ideas, and become part of our modern meditator community.
Who is it for?

You want to experience the profound feeling of sitting in silence together and the authentic, lasting connections that are created when we share more than just small talk.

FAQ
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. The circle is specifically created for meaningful encounters, ensuring you leave with new insights and genuine new connections.
In what language will the circle be held in?
The main session will be held in English to keep it inclusive for everyone. During breakout sessions and smaller group conversations, you’re welcome to speak German or any other language if others in the group share it.
Is it similar to authentic relating?
Kinspace has a simple structure designed to be accessible to everyone. The main focus is meditation, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation. While it’s not an authentic relating event, some people may notice similarities to authentic relating or conscious community gatherings in the way it creates space for presence, openness, and genuine connection
Do I need prior experience in meditation?
Not at all. I will provide minimal, gentle guidance for beginners. If you already have a personal practice, you are more than welcome to use the space to meditate in your own style.
Do I have to speak or share during the circle?
Everything is optional. You are welcome to just listen and observe. We create a pressure-free environment, though we do ask that everything shared within the circle stays in the circle.
What should I bring and how should I prepare?
Come as you are—comfortable everyday clothes are perfect. To respect the collective stillness, we ask that all phones are turned off and tucked away during the session.
What if I’m running late?
To preserve the intimacy of the circle, we start on time. I recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Once we begin, we cannot admit latecomers to avoid disturbing the practice.
